Render Networks today announced the appointment of Don Wadas as Chief Revenue Officer to fuel the next stage of growth and global expansion.
Wadas joins Render with over two decades of experience in the global telecommunications industry, most recently leading US sales efforts for Nokia's Cloud and Network Services business group. Prior to this, Wadas held senior roles at other global telecommunications companies, including Amdocs and Centina Systems. As Render's Chief Revenue Officer, Wadas will drive the company's sales and go-to-market strategy, enabling operators to efficiently deploy, connect and maintain infrastructure supported by record levels of private and public investment in North America and globally.
Render Networks CEO Sam Pratt said: "Don's appointment comes at a critical growth stage for Render and an industry focused on leveraging technology to deliver a new scale of infrastructure more efficiently."
Don's extensive industry and leadership expertise comes at an ideal time for our global team as we extend Render's value to include connections and maintenance capabilities and invest in real-time data, insights and integration capabilities that drive incremental value for our network operator and builder customers.
In his past role, Wadas grew major US accounts within Nokia's Cloud and Network Services division by over 300% in four years.
Incoming executive Don Wadas said: "I'm thrilled to be joining Render at such a pivotal time — not only in this stage of their journey but the industry's as well. The telecommunications industry is on track to reach peak fiber deployment with over $100 billion in federal and private capital to primarily connect unserved areas."
Render's solution will enable our customers to deploy this critical infrastructure significantly faster and more cost-effectively. So many projects and communities nationwide will benefit from this technology. I look forward to helping Render play a major role in this.
