Like many providers, Connect2First, a wholly owned subsidiary of First Electric Cooperative Corporation, had an ambitious goal: to deliver high-speed internet to 103,000 locations across central and southeast Arkansas.

Though initial estimates said it would take up to eight years, they were able to cut their build time to just four years and connect customers in just days, thanks to a best-in-class digital construction and fiber management approach.
